PLEASE LIST CLEARLY ALL ITEMS YOU WILL HAVE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE FESTIVAL

Please read the attached rules and requirements which must be signed and returned with this application.

One 10 X 10 Canopy**
One 8-ft. Table

Booth set-up must be completed between the hours of 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Vehicles must be removed from the streets no later than 9:30 AM!

To secure your booth space, application and payment in full MUST be postmarked/received no later than February 1, 2023. Booth assignments are made on a first come, first serve basis.

Mandatory Vendor Meeting scheduled for February 8, 2023 at Delevoe Park at 5:30pm!

NON-FOOD VENDOR RULES - 2023

  1. Only items listed on this application may be displayed/ sold.
  2. Set-up time for booths in designated areas must be completed between the hours of 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. All vehicles must be removed from the streets by 9:30 AM. Sistrunk reserves the right to assign placement of the booths along the Sistrunk corridor.
  3. Vendors will be responsible for paying their own sales tax.
  4. No music is allowed in the tents. All entertainment will be provided by the Sistrunk Festival.
  5. No sharing of tents, unless preauthorized by the Sistrunk Festival Committee.
  6. The Sistrunk Festival Committee will provide signage for each tent. Any vendor-provided banners must be neatly displayed and confined to the assigned area. Vendors are responsible for properly displaying a listing of products sold and the corresponding prices.
  7. Vendors are responsible for the decoration of their own tents. Vendors must bring their own decorations, tablecloths, and signs. You may bring your own chairs and additional tables, if needed. Vendors are fully responsible for any damages to the tents.
  8. Violators of rules or illegal vendors will be reported to the City of Fort Lauderdale's Police Department.

NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES


February 1, 2023 is the deadline to submit application and full payment (postmarked).

The final step in completing your application is submitting your payment on the next page.

Once payment has been submitted, there will be NO REFUND!
